- Built and evolved SAFAPAC's Python/FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend and AWS delivery, moving an incomplete local prototype toward an AWS-hosted internal pilot supporting 6 TEA researchers and 5 Airbus staff.
- Governed 33,047 defaults across 12 processes, 22 feedstocks and 217 countries with draft, publish and rollback workflows; refactored a 33-point sensitivity workflow to prepared inputs and targeted NPV projections at 50 ms p95 across 10 staging acceptance cycles.
- For AIRIS, designed a 6-scenario/10-turn controlled experiment on RAG workloads that achieved 96.1% less local RAG context, from 541k to 20.9k local-context tokens, with 10/10 citation checks passed; then load-tested vector-search and outbound-LLM bottlenecks for senior review.
- Automated Terraform-managed AWS delivery with Docker, GitHub Actions, OIDC and SSM; also hosted SAF Sky Quest on Lightsail with Caddy HTTPS, with 29 registration records captured, runtime-data export and infrastructure decommissioning.

- Verified deterministic feasibility across 31 evaluation cases, including infeasible cases making zero analyzer calls, with 367/367 legal-kit coverage for canonical character forms/styles in the accepted portfolio evidence snapshot.
